Any AKW Made to Measure door orders should be delivered in 7 to 10 business days. (this is normally 2 to 3 days but has increased temporarily due to a refit of the factory and high volume)
Deliveries are made by a third party company and occasionally circumstances beyond our control result in deliveries not being made on the next working day. This is a very rare occurrence but we advise that Wet Rooms Direct Ltd cannot take responsibility for this but we work closely with our business partners to ensure this rarely occurs.
Wet Rooms Direct cannot be held liable for any losses due to the unexpected late arrival of any goods ordered. In light of this Tradespeople should NOT be booked until goods are received and checked.
Please note: For deliveries to an address other than the payment cards registered address, it is your responsibility to ensure that there is someone available to sign for the delivery.
