Free Delivery offer applies to UK mainland orders only. Please contact us for a quote for deliveries to anywhere other than UK mainland.
Next working day or 48 hr delivery offer relates to business days (Monday - Friday) and applies to orders received before the given time deadline shown on the product page.
Saturday delivery is sometimes available but our carriers charge a premium for this service. Ask for details if you require this.
Your order will be processed as soon as your payment has cleared. If there is a delay in your payment clearing, the order will not be dispatched until the payment clears. We will email or phone you to advise you of any such delays.
If there is a problem with our orders being delayed we will email or phone you to advise you of any such problems.
Deliveries are made by a third party company and occasionally circumstances beyond our control result in deliveries not being made on the next working day. This is a very rare occurrence but we advise that Wet Rooms Direct cannot take responsibility for this but we work closely with our business partners to ensure that this rarely occurs.
Wet Rooms Direct cannot be held liable for any losses due to the unexpected late arrival of any goods ordered. In light of this, Tradesman should NOT be booked until goods are received and checked.
Please check all goods carefully on receipt and report FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS as soon as possible. Please note faults or problems with some products need to be reported in 3 days of delivery, others are 30 days, please contact us if you need clarification.
Please note : For deliveries to an address other than the payment cards registered address, it is your responsibility to ensure that there is someone available to sign for the delivery.
