Alternative Douche Arms

Extended Single Spray or Twin Spray.
All douche options are included in the price of the Palma Vita. Douche arm illustrated is standard with the Palma Vita.

Standard - Suits the vast majority of client needs

Single Extended - For use by those of very small or very large stature. Also specified for use with Tilt in Space shower chairs.

Twin Extended - Ideal if users are unable to deal with feminine hygiene independently

Big John Seat

The Big John bariatric toilet seat is essential for anyone who is larger framed. With an increased seating area and weight capacity, the Big John toilet seat provides a safer and more comfortable platform for larger clients.

This reinforced seat is wider and longer than a standard seat but has a smaller aperture. Can offer more support for larger clients. Not available with a lid. Assessment by a Product Specialist is recommended. 56st Weight Limit.

Soft Seats

Options available are Junior, Adult and Adult Open Fronted. All soft seats are supplied in a dark blue colour to aid the visually impaired.

Adult Soft Seat - A useful addition for those who need a contrasting colour for visual impairments or dementia. Made of a softer rubberised material than the standard seat to aid comfort. Often specified for use in conjunction with Tilt in Space shower chairs. 

Junior Soft Seat - A smaller aperture makes this seat ideal for younger clients or adults of a smaller build. Made of a softer rubberised material than the standard seat to aid comfort. Most average-sized adults can still comfortably use this seat. 

Adult Open Seat - Ideal for users that require more space at the front of the pan. Made of a softer rubberised material than the standard seat to aid comfort. 

All 3 soft seats have a 30st Weight Limit.

Plinths

Plinths are used to raise the whole unit. For use with a shower chair or to aid direct wheelchair transfer.

Plinths come in heights of 25, 50, 75 and 100mm.

Infill Panel

The Infill Panel has been designed to aid installations where pipe-work inhibits the Palma Vita from being located against the wall.

The Infill Panel is available in thickness sizes 25mm, 50mm & 75mm. The infill panel is 100mm taller than the Palma Vita. It must be cut from the bottom to suit the finished toilet height.

Integrated Fold Down Support Arms

Robust and secure support arms designed and manufactured specifically for the Closomat. This convenient support system not only folds out of the way to aid side transfer from a wheelchair, it also has a number of additions that can further aid the user’s stability.

Very sturdy construction with all loads being transferred through the toilets frame to the floor.

Lateral Body Supports

These easily adjustable and comfortable additions help to provide extra support and stability to the user, in conjunction with the Integrated Fold-down Support Arms. These supports attaches to the Integrated Arms to offer additional support to the users upper body.

Soft Arm Sleeves

Easy to fit, the Soft Arm Sleeves provide a comfortable, hygienic and stylish dimension to the Integrated Fold-down Support Arms.

Infrared Remote Control

This simplistic ‘push and go’ style infrared control provides a versatile option lending itself particularly well when used by carers.

Touch Sensitive Switch

This device is for those users who are unable to use the standard elbow pads. Air operated, no electricity is required to operate it, only very light pressure. Can be triggered by hand or foot.

Our most popular additional control is simple, reliable and highly versatile. Light continued pressure on the switch triggers a flush & operates the wash function. Can be set on request for One Touch operation to run through a Flush & Wash Dry program automatically. Wall bracket available free of charge on request.

Proxy Switch

Making use of “passive technology” the Closomat Proxy Switch allows users with little or no grip to activate the unit, simply by passing their hand / body-part in front of the sensor. Can be set on request for One Touch operation to run through a Flush & Wash Dry program automatically

3-year warranty = Add an additional 3 years warranty and service, with 24/7 access to Closomat helpline and LiveChat.

4-year warranty = Add an additional 4 years warranty and service, with 24/7 access to Closomat helpline and LiveChat. This also includes unlimited call-outs, repairs & parts, and an annual full service.
