Temporary change to delivery terms

• Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation AKW have a reduced team available to process and pick orders.  Almost all orders are now delivered on next business day for orders received before 1:45pm   * Please note some deliveries are taking an extra day due to the pressure on the courier services.

Normal Delivery times detailed below will resume as soon as possible

• Orders received before 1:45pm on any business day will be processed on the same day for an expected delivery on the next business day.*

• Orders received after 1:45pm on a Friday will be processed immediately but you should not expect delivery until the following Tuesday.

• Free Delivery offer only applies to UK mainland orders.

• Free Delivery to ROI available, may take up to 5 days.

• In the event of a query regarding your order, your order will be put on hold until we have contacted you to clarify.

Deliveries are made by a third party company and occasionally circumstances beyond our control result in deliveries not being made on the next working day. This is a very rare occurrence but we advise that Wet Rooms Direct Ltd cannot take responsibility for this but we work closely with our business partners to ensure this rarely occurs.

Wet Rooms Direct cannot be held liable for any losses due to the unexpected late arrival of any goods ordered. In the light of this Tradesmen should NOT be booked until goods are received and checked.

Please note : For deliveries to an address other than the payment cards registered address, it is your responsibility to ensure that there is someone available to sign for the delivery.
